Coaching for Success: Managers and Associate Veterinarians
With the right coaching and positive reinforcement, managers and associates can improve their performance, attitude, and production. Managers are often overwhelmed by their responsibilities and may not have have the necessary skills to perform all of their duties. They often feel isolated and frustrated. Associates, on the other hand, may not be meeting expectations regarding performance and client retention; there can be a variety of potential reasons including personality, disillusionment, and lack of agreement with regard to standards of care.
